Financial Controller – Part Time

Dublin, Ireland

€30-35k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Finance Controller to join our finance team in Dublin. This will be a part-time and hands-on role, reporting directly into the CFO.

The Responsibilities & Guidelines:

  • Responsible for end to end accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and month end accounts preparation
  • Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process to support the management team
  • Assist with the year-end duties, audit and investor reporting
  • Develop the financial reporting and internal controls process
  • Liaise with external accounting and tax advisors in Ireland, UK, and US
  • Assist the CFO with ad-hoc finance tasks and projects that may arise

Graduate Role: Business Development Representative (Sales / BDR)

We are now seeking an energetic graduate for our Dublin office. The Intern will work closely across the various teams in Initiafy and learn about B2B enterprise. The Lead Gen Intern will research and engage with new prospective companies to identify their needs in relation to the Initiafy product. an energetic graduate for our Dublin office. The graduate will work closely with the Customer Success team and develop their understanding of software and customer engagement. This role will be perfect for someone looking to join an exciting startup with opportunities to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and provide ongoing training and support
  • Engage with customers post-launch to ensure a client is using the product to its full potential
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product, and educate customers and colleagues about the most relevant features/functionality of the platform
  • Build courses on Initiafy platform
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Manage support queries and requests from users
  • Work with CSM team to onboard new customers and provide ongoing training and support
  • Monitor customer activity on a weekly basis
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.
