Sales Representative – Graduate Role

Toronto

Initiafy is now seeking an energetic graduate for our Toronto office. The graduate will work closely across the various teams in Initiafy and learn about B2B enterprise sales and marketing. They will research and engage with new prospective companies to identify their needs in relation to the Initiafy product. Our ideal candidate will be a Business or Marketing Graduate and will possess the skills to work proactively and of your own initiative.

The Responsibilities & Guidelines:

  • Customized strategy for markets/customers agreed with Business Development Managers (BDMs)
  • Using a variety of techniques to research and target potential prospects
  • Gaining key information from prospects to ensure leads are qualified
  • Liaising with the BDMs to ensure all qualified leads and appointments are passed on
  • Coordinate Account Management approach with BDMs
  • Use phone calls to garner direct research to assist in strategy development
  • Developing a consistent pipeline based on research outputs

Business Development Manager – Canada

Toronto

Initiafy is now seeking a professional, energetic and organized business developer who has both a ‘hunter’ mentality as strong account management skills. The candidate will manage an existing pipeline as well as generating new deals across Toronto and Canada. The role is varied and offers the successful individual the opportunity to earn as well as grow their career.

The Role

  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
  • Manage and own their pipeline from prospecting to close, whilst working closely with our Dublin and New York-based lead generation team
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
  • Nurture and communicate with prospects via structured calls, emails, online presentations, and in-person meetings
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
  • Possess a strong understanding of our solution, our competition in the industry and positioning
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
  • Support and assist the sales team to meet and exceed goals and quotas
  • There will be some travel required, as this role will deal with new and existing customers across Toronto and Canada.

Business Development Manager – Texas

Houston, TX

The role is varied and offers the successful individual the opportunity to earn as well as grow their career.

The Role

  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients

  • Develop and implement the sales metrics, in order to improve the overall performance of the sales team
  • Support and assist the sales team to meet and exceed goals and quotas
  • Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and metrics
  • There will be some travel required, as this role will deal with new and existing customers across Europe
